Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 5, 2026. This policy explains how Saturn Cortex handles customer and usage data while delivering autonomous coding services.

1. Who we are

Saturn Cortex, Inc. is a company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States (“Saturn Cortex”, “we”, or “us”). We act as a service provider and, in many cases, a processor of data on behalf of our business customers that deploy autonomous engineering agents in their own software environments.

2. Information we process

  • Account details such as user name, business email, organization, and role.
  • Operational telemetry and log data needed for reliability, security monitoring, and abuse prevention.
  • Repository- and workflow-related context (for example, code snippets, configuration files, and task metadata) processed to execute approved engineering tasks, in accordance with our agreements with U.S. and international customers.

3. Purpose and legal bases

We use information to deliver the services requested by customers, operate and secure our platform, provide customer support, and meet legal or regulatory obligations under U.S. law. Where required by non‑U.S. law (for example, in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland), we rely on legitimate interests, performance of a contract, or consent as appropriate.

4. International transfers

Saturn Cortex primarily stores and processes data in the United States. When data is transferred from other jurisdictions to the U.S., we use appropriate safeguards permitted under applicable law, such as data protection addenda incorporating standard contractual clauses or other contractual protections agreed with our enterprise customers.

5. Security and retention

Customer data is protected through encryption, access controls, environment-level isolation, and auditing as described in our security documentation. Retention periods are defined by contractual requirements, compliance obligations, and customer configuration settings, after which data is deleted or de‑identified unless we are required to retain it longer under U.S. law.

6. Sharing and your choices

We share data only with authorized subprocessors needed to operate the service, with our professional advisors, or where we are legally required to do so (for example, in response to valid U.S. legal process). We do not sell personal information. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data or to object to certain processing. Requests can be submitted through your organization’s administrator or by contacting us at connect@saturncortex.com; we will honor them in accordance with applicable law.
